Flat camshaft lobe 2.3 cobra

RonB1954 The #3 cyl exhaust lobe on my cam is flat. Does anyone know if this can be repaired or does it have to be replaced? If replacement is my only option, where would I find one? I suppose as with everything else the automotive cam will not match up to the marine?
I looked on the Doug Russel marine page and it is not available there.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
